The 50,000-capacity home arena of FC Shakhtar is the first stadium in Eastern Europe to be designed and built in accordance with UEFA requirements to Elite stadia. It opens the doors to football fans, the city locals and its visitors daily. During the one hour tour of the stadium you will learn many interesting facts from its construction history, you will also come to know about the impressive functional capabilities of the arena, along with visiting the areas which are available exclusively to the players and the official representatives on the match days.
The Stadium Tour itinerary will offer you the possibility to experience the stadium’s unique atmosphere and visit the below areas:
- Stadium’s bowl;
- Media Zone;
- Conference Room;
- Player Zone (dressing and warm-up rooms);
- Players’ tunnel, pitch side;
- Dugouts;
- FC Shakhtar shop.

Tour schedule: 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00.
Ticket prices:
adult - UAH 50,
child (under 16) - UAH 25,
family pack_1 (2 adults + 1 child) - UAH 100,
family pack_2 (2 adults + 2 children) - UAH 120.
Ticket sales: ticket window 4 of the Ticket Office on Mira Ave. side (Stadium’s South Entrance, Zone В), Museum reception.
Meeting place: by the entrance to FC Shakhtar museum.
Terms & conditions:
- Stadium Tour operates daily, except the match days. On the match days only Mini-tours are available.
- Ticket sale ends up 15 minutes prior to the tour kickoff.
- Special offers are available for students (upon presenting the Student Club card), organised groups (of at least 20 people), season card holders, Shakhtar Family card holders, FC Shakhtar Fan Club card holders.
- A tour ticket is not subject to exchange, re-sale and transfer.
- A tour ticket is valid only on the date and within the time specified thereon.
- The Code of Conduct at the Donbass Arena must be followed during a tour.
- It is allowed to use non-professional photo-, video- and audio equipment during a tour.
- Donbass Arena LLC reserves the right to alter, extend or cancel tours at least 48 hours prior to the tour date.
- It is mandatory for the children under 12 to be accompanied by an adult, and, the young children under 6 are entitled to free admission while accompanied by an adult.
- The maximum number of people to be involved in one Stadium Tour is 25, it is required to submit a Tour application form when booking a group tour (20 people and more) – that is the mandatory condition for ensuring the tour availability.
