For the first time ever in Ukraine, the Donbass Arena offers a unique opportunity to visit the elite sporting venue as part of the stadium tour, during which you will be able to not only learn many interesting facts about the stadium’s construction and operation, but also come to see the arena’s inside rooms which are not available to the fans during the match.

Professional tour guides will reveal to you numerous behind-the-scenes mysteries of the Donbass Arena and show some locations where the Miners’ future triumphs come into the world away from outsiders’ eyes. Tour schedule: 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00.

Group /
school / special tour schedule: 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30.

1. Stadium tours are conducted daily.
2. A mini-tour is available on the match days only, it is closed 6 hours prior to the match kick-off.
3. Tour tickets are sold by the ticket office, window 4.
4. Ticket sale ends up 15 minutes prior to the tour kickoff time.
5. The maximum number of people in one tour group is 25.
6. An individual tour pre-booking is available until 48 hours before the tour date to ensure the tour, upon condition that payment is made no later than 2 hours before the tour time.
7. It is required that the Tour application form be filled out when pre-booking a tour for an organized group of 20 people and more.
8. The children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during a tour. The young children under 6 are entitled to a free admission when accompanied by an adult.
9. The price of the group tour single ticket for the groups of 10 to 19 visitors: UAH 100.
10. The Code of Conduct at the Donbass Arena must be followed during a tour.
11. The Museum & Tours Department of Donbass Arena LLC reserves the right to alter, extend and cancel tours at least 48 hours prior to the tour date.

Payment for the tour can be made in cash at the Donbass Arena ticket office (window 4), by bank transfer and by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express). When pre-booking a tour, the 100% advance payment is required to be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour date.

If a payment is made beyond the above time, the Museum & Tours Department will be forced to cancel the booking and pass it to an alternative group within the time pre-booked by you.
