Parking

The parking area at the Donbass Arena is divided into five spacious car parks.

Р1

The car park can receive 417 cars. On the match days and for other events it can be used by Classic box holders, as well as by the holders of Diamond Club seson cards and Club Shakhtar Family season cards.

Р2

The parking capacity is 64. This car park is designed for the people with disabilities.

Р3

It has 185 parking spaces for passenger cars and a specialised OB (Outside Broadcast) Van area for 18 vehicles. On the match days and for other events it can be used by the holders of Business Club season cards and Club Shakhtar Family season cards.

Р4

The parking capacity is 24. This car park is designed for the people with disabilities.

Р5

It is the stadium’s undeground car park. Its passenger car capacity is 417. On the match days and for other events it can be used by the Premium box seat holders..

Parking your vehicle at the Donbass Arena’s car parks

The Premium box seat holders can leave their cars in the P5 car park during any event, they are also entitled to a place in any other car park at the arena on the days when no events are held at the venue.

The Classic box seat holders can leave their cars in the P1 car park during any event, also being entitled to a place in any other car park at the arena on the days when no events are held at the venue. On match days they normally park their vehicles in the north-eastern part of Р1.

The Diamond Club season card holders can leave their cars in the P1 car park during any event, also being entitled to a place in any other car park at the arena on the days when no events are held at the venue. On match days they normally park their vehicles in the central part of Р1.

The Club Shakhtar Family season card holders can leave their vehicles in the car parks Р1 or Р3 depending on the type of an additional service package purchased. For more details please check the parking terms & conditions specified in the description of an additional service package.

The Business Club season card holders can leave their vehicles in the car park P3 depending on the type of an additional service package purchased. For more details please check the parking terms & conditions specified in the description of an additional service package.

The mass media representatives can leave their passenger cars in the car parks Р1, Р3 and Р5 on match days only. The parking requests are reviewed individually.

Special parking spaces within walking distance of the stadium can be provided for the buses bringing organised groups of fans to the Donbass Arena. If you plan to travel by bus, please submit your request to our call centre by calling 062 388 88 88, or just email it to e.melnik@donbass-arena.ua to be contacted on the same day.
