The Donbass Arena offers its customers a full range of services for organising, hosting and catering for events of any format and scale: conferences, business receptions and executive meetings.
- Media centre services: inviting the media, preparing and sending press releases, producing press kits and slide shows, event shooting and capturing by professional videographers and photographers.
- Leasing space: conference room, restaurants, bars and VIP boxes. A special discount is given when you hire a room for a period of more than 3 hours.
- Catering services: arranging and catering for coffee breaks, buffets, luncheons etc. On the menu: hot and cold starters, soups, main courses, desserts, specialities, along with a wide selection of wines and spirits, draught beer, cigarettes and cigars.
- Continuous assistance by experienced cleaning staff, hostesses, stewards and parking attendants.
- Equipment rental.
- Event services: holding conferences, weddings, corporate events, tailoring entertainment.
- LCD monitors.
Additional services:
- Photo and video support (bringing information onto LCD monitors).
- Flower arranging, suite decoration.
- Transfers and acommodation in the city hotels.
- Gifts for event participants (exclusive FC Shakhtar and Donbass Arena branded items).
- A tour around the stadium.
