Donbass Arena is launching the new 'Stadium Tours' activity. Starting from 18 September the tours will be available to the season card holders. The tickets will be on sale from 9 October. You can buy them from the stadium's ticket office, windows 3 and 4, on the Mira Ave side. The entrance to the FC Shakhtar museum will be the daily meeting place for those to be taken on the tour.



Types of tours:

• Stadium Tour
  This is a special 1 hour tour, enabling you to experience the unique atmosphere of the elite stadium and visit the Arena's bowl, the Media Zone, the Conference Room, the Player Zone (dressing and warm-up rooms), the Players' tunnel, the pitch side, the dugouts and the FC Shakhtar shop. This tour will operate daily (on an hourly basis from 10:00 to 17.00), except the match days.
• Mini-tour (on match days only)
  The mini-tours of the stadium will be arranged on the match days. This is a short version (40 minutes) of the tour to be conducted 6 hours prior to the match kickoff.
• Legend Tour (once a week -on the non-match weekend day). From 2 October
  The tour of the stadium will be guided by a football star - the legend of FC Shakhtar. While on the tour you will either learn the Arena's functional and operational features or have a chance to get the autograph and have a picture with the genuine FC Shakhtar legends taken as mementos. The 1.5h Legend Tour will reveal some unknown facts from the history of FC Shakhtar, providing a lifetime chance to talk to a football legend in person, ask him questions about FC Shakhtar and get the first-source expert opinion on any question from the professional! The tour will be held only once a week at the weekends (on Saturday or on Sunday depending on the match schedule). The Legend Tour is conducted for a group of at least 10 people.
• Individual Tour. From 2 October
  The tour is just for you if you prefer the custom-tailored service in everything. The Individual Tour is an exclusive offer, which itinerary will be individually tailored according to your personal preferences. You will be also offered to go to one of the restaurants and to have a coffee lunch or dinner in the Donbass Arena. The time and duration of this tour is agreed individually, and its cost varies depending on the range of the extra services the stadium visitor will choose to enjoy.
• School Tour (for a group of at least 20 people and more). From 2 October
  This exclusive programme was designed for schoolchildren and students. This is the recreational and informative tour with game features about 1-1.5h long is available for the organised groups of schoolchildren and pupils, allowing the tour participants to visit the players' and the team official representatives' areas, conference rooms and other places and, to familiarise themselves with the Arena's most striking particulars.
• Special tour (for the people with disabilities). The Special Tour operates in line with the programme tailored for the people with disabilities and their carers, offering this category of supporters the opportunity to visit the Donbass Arena. This tour is available only on Tuesdays at 10:30. The maximum number of people allowed in a group is 20, inclusive of those who accompany them.

Stadium tour discounts:

• Group order (for a group of at least 20 people and more) - 10% off (valid for adult and child tickets only, the discount does not apply to other ticket types)
• Upon presenting the Shakhtar Family Club card - 10% off (cardholder + 2 people)
• Student - 10% off (on presenting Students Club card)
• Season card holders - 10% off
• People with disabilities - 10% off (upon presenting the Para-fan Club card)

The discounts cannot be accrued, only one of the available discounts apply!

1. Stadium tours operate daily.
2. The Mini-tour is available on the match days only, it is conducted at least 6 hours prior to the match kickoff.
3. Tour tickets are sold by the ticket office: windows 3 and 4.
4. Ticket sale ends up 15 minutes prior to the tour start time.
5. The maximum number of people in one tour group is 25.
6. An individual tour pre-booking is available until 48 hours before the tour date, ensuring that the tour will be conducted upon condition that payment is made no later than 2 hours before the tour start time.
7. It is required that the Tour application form be filled out when pre-booking a tour for the organised group of 20 people and more.
8. The children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during a tour. The babies under 6 are entitled to free admission when accompanied by an adult.
9. It is required to present a document proving the age of the child when buying a child ticket.
10. The school tours are arranged upon prior booking, they should be operated on the agreed date and time for the groups of at least 20 people.
11. The 'Donbass Arena Stadium Regulations' must be followed during a tour.
12. The Museum & Tours Department of the Donbass Arena reserves the right to alter, extend and cancel tours at least 48 hours prior to the tour date.

Payment for a tour can be made in cash (at Donbass Arena ticket office: windows 3 and 4), by bank transfer and by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express). When pre-booking a tour the 100% advance payment is required to be made at least 3 days prior to the tour date.
If a payment is made beyond the above time, the Museum & Tours Department will be bound to cancel the booking and pass it to an alternative group within the pre-booked time.
