In April the Museum of FC Shakhar, the biggest sports museum in Ukraine, will be opened for the fans.

By exploring its rooms, one can mine a deep and rich seam of the Miners’ history-making wins in the fifties, clearly recall their surviving a close competition for the Soviet Union League medals in the seventies and, certainly, feel happy again for our team, who have been the winners of the last year’s UEFA Cup.

Apart from the history highlights, the museum can boast numerous entertainments. You can hammer a penalty into the net of Dynamo Kyiv – the arch-rivals of FC Shakhtar - while playing in the interactive football area. The visitors can also make themselves comfortable inside the improvised “fifth stand” in the cinema, watch a documentary or explore the Show Room recollecting the squad’s players.
