Michel Platini, the President of UEFA, will visit Donetsk on 4–5 February.

On the first day of his official trip to the capital of the mining region, Mr. Platini will visit the new home stadium of the Miners – the Donbass Arena. This very venue will host the EURO 2012 group stage matches in two years’ time. 

After a short tour around the Donbass Arena, a press conference with the participation of the representatives of UEFA, FFU, EURO 2012 Ukraine LOC, will be held jointly with the city authorities and the Ukrainian government officials in the stadium’s Conference Room.
