The 50,000-capacity home of FC Shakhtar is the first stadium in Eastern Europe to be designed and built in accordance with UEFA requirements to Elite stadia. It opens the doors to football fans, the city locals and its visitors daily. During the one hour tour of the stadium you will learn many interesting facts about its construction; you will also come to know about the impressive functional capabilities of the arena, along with visiting the areas which are available exclusively to players and official representatives on match days.

The Stadium Tour itinerary will offer you the possibility to experience the stadium’s unique atmosphere and visit the below areas:

Stadium’s bowl;
Media Zone;
Conference Room;
Player Zone (dressing and warm-up rooms);
Players’ tunnel, pitch side;
Dugouts;
FC Shakhtar museum;
FC Shakhtar shop.

Ticket prices:
adult - UAH 75,
child (under 16) - UAH 35,
pensioner - UAH 35,
students – UAH 35 (subject to presenting student’s card),
family pack_1 (2 adults + 1 child) - UAH 160,
family pack_2 (2 adults + 2 children) - UAH 185.
Ticket sold at: FC Shakhtar Museum reception.
Meeting place: by the entrance to the museum.

Terms & conditions:

Stadium Tour operates daily, except match days. On match days only Mini-tours are available.
Ticket sale ends 5 minutes prior to the commencement of the tour.
Special rates are available to organised groups (of at least 25 people), season card holders, Fan ID holders, Shakhtar Family card holders and FC Shakhtar Fan Club card holders.
A tour ticket is not subject to exchange, re-sale or transfer.
A tour ticket is valid only on the date and within the time specified thereon.
The Code of Conduct at the Donbass Arena must be followed during a tour.
The use of non-professional photo-, video- and audio equipment is allowed during the tour.
Donbass Arena Ltd. reserves the right to alter, extend or cancel tours at least 48 hours prior to the tour date.
It is mandatory for all children under 12 to be accompanied by an adult. Children under 6 are entitled to free admission while accompanied by an adult.
The general ticket sale takes place at the box office from 9am until 5pm daily. The number of people on the tour is 1 to 25.
It is required that the Tour Application Form be filled out when pre-booking a tour for an organized group of 20 people or more in order to ensure that the tour will take place.
