For the first time ever in Ukraine, Donbass Arena offers a unique opportunity to take a stadium tour of an elite sporting venue. You will be able to learn many interesting facts about the stadium’s construction and operation and also view many of the stadium’s inside limited access areas, not available to fans during the match.
Professional tour guides will reveal to you the numerous behind-the-scenes mysteries of the Donbass Arena and show you where the Miners begin their journey to victory on the pitch, away from outsiders’ eyes. The impressions about such an exciting tour will remain imprinted in your memory and the tour photos will add an intriguing element to your photo album.

Tour schedule:
11:00, 12:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00.
Group /school / special tour schedule:
10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30.
Days off: on national holidays, 2 January, 31 December.
The FC Shakhtar Museum is closed on the 2nd and 4th Mondays in a month for cleaning.
- Stadium tours are conducted daily.
- On match days only mini-tours are available. It is closed 6 hours prior to the match kickoff.
- Tickets are sold at the reception desk of FC Shakhtar Museum.
- Ticket sale ends 5 minutes prior to a tour commencing.
- The maximum number of people in one tour group is 25.
- An individual tour pre-booking is available up to 48 hours before the tour date to ensure that the tour will take place, given that payment is made at least 2 hours before the tour time.
- It is required that the Tour Application Form be filled out when pre-booking a tour for an organized group of 20 people or more.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during a tour. Young children under 6 are entitled to free admission when accompanied by an adult.
- A group tour ticket for groups of 10 to 19 visitors is priced at UAH 100 per person.
- The Code of Conduct at the Donbass Arena must be followed during a tour.
- The Museum & Tours Department of Donbass Arena Ltd. reserves the right to alter, extend and cancel tours at least 48 hours prior to the tour date.
Payment for a tour can be made in cash (at the reception desk of FC Shakhtar Museum), by bank transfer or by credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express). When pre-booking a tour, the 100% advance payment is required to be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour date.
If a payment is not received in the above time, the Museum & Tours Department will be forced to cancel the booking and pass it to an alternative group within the time pre-booked by you.
