Code of conduct at the Donbass Arena

The spectators are not allowed to:

  1. Enter the stadium whilst intoxicated by alcohol or drugs.

  2. Smoke, except within designated areas.

  3. Start up fire, bonfires or flares.

  4. Throw any objects onto stands, football ground, spectators, footballers, referees, coaches.

  5. Carry and display signs, symbols and other markings of fascist, racist or provocative nature.

  6. Make propaganda and conduct campaign if causing any social, racial, political, national or religious hatred.

  7. Take any political action whatsoever.

  8. Use foul language, abusive expressions, gestures, as well as threats and intimidation.

  9. Discriminate against footballers, coaches, referees, other officials and spectators because of their nationality or race.

  10. Enter the ground, the changing rooms of the teams, referees, delegates to the match, as well as the premises for the officials, the Executive Boxes and other special space at the stadium.

  11. Obstruct gangways, stairways, interfere with movement of participants and spectators.

  12. Climb seats, fencings, blockings, load-bearing structures.

  13. Damage the property belonging to the stadium, footballers, officials and spectators.

  14. Bring animals and birds into the stadium except the guide dogs.

  15. Sell, otherwise distribute goods of marketing, promotional, political, religious or racist nature.

  16. Use any professional photo and video equipment.

  17. Bring into the stadium:
    • alcoholic drinks, drugs and other stimulants;
    • drinks;
    • weapons and ammunition;
    • stabbing or cutting items;
    • smoke canisters (flares) and other fireworks;
    • dye marking devices;
    • fire-hazardous, flammable, explosive, poisonous and strongly smelling substances;
    • radioactive materials;
    • stun-gas and tear-gas aerosols;
    • laser devices;
    • objects that may be used as a weapon;
    • objects that may be used as projectiles;
    • bulk items of the size exceeding 25x25x25cm;
    • air-horns, loudhailers and other similar items, audio and video recording devices, professional photo and video equipment, webcasting appliances;
    • any kind of poles for banners and flags, as well as drapery and banners of a size over 2m х 1.5m (drapery, flags and banners must be made of incombustible materials or treated with fire-proof finishing agents).
